1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

Contact forms and quote requests: Name, phone number, email address and message that you submit via our contact form or quote flow.

Chat feature: If you use our chatbot we collect the messages you write and any name or contact details you choose to provide. We also store an anonymous visitor ID in your browser (localStorage) to show your conversation history on return visits.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Contact requests: We process your data in order to respond to your enquiry and potentially provide a quote. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Chat feature: We process chat messages to provide service and, where necessary, forward your enquiry to the right person. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You actively choose to use the chat.

Website functionality: Necessary cookies for the website to function correctly. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention

Contact requests and chat conversations are stored for up to 12 months after last contact, then deleted. Technical logs are stored for a maximum of 30 days.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We share your data with:

Web hosting and infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database). These services process data according to their respective privacy policies and comply with GDPR data transfer requirements.

AI service: The chat feature is powered by Anthropic (Claude). Messages are sent to their API to generate responses. Anthropic does not store conversation data after the response is delivered.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")

• Object to our processing

• Request restriction of processing

• Request data portability

7. Supervisory Authority

If you believe we are processing your personal data in breach of GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.
